I Am Spiderwoman

So I googled my name the other day and clicked on images. For some reason I mostly see shoes (aka- medeival torture devices with high heels). Then I see... a Spiderman comic!

Kass Moments

A while ago Dad noticed I looked cramped in his truck. He asked, "You got enough room back there?" "Yeah, I got plenty of roo-Oww!" I hit my head.

A minute ago Mit does this slap-shot thing with my gatorade,"I"m smooth with the slaps; I'm the king of the jungle." I get up. "I'm pretty smooth mysel-Oww!" I trip over Mit's backpack.

Dadisms

"I think I just joined a fantasy football league, but I'm not sure."

Me: "Can I blog that?"
Busy, busy, busy...
I have got a lot of reading to do this year. For Honors credit in Language Arts this year I have write a bunch of book reports. I have scripture mastery in Seminary ( in my class I was the first to pass off a memorization thing) and I have to study for Spanish. Geography's...fun...
Which reminds, sometimes teachers show you funny videos or pics. Well, my geography teach showed us a bunch of cool pencil carvings by Dalton Ghetti. Uber awesome. Look it up.

School, man. It's a bummer. Well, so far I've had a slow school year consisting of 2 days. Already, my favorite class is "College Prepartion Literature". I have read most of the required material and have to read atleast 3 books this quarter. Dude, I got an A+ in one day! Well, I gotta' go and study for Espanol (yeah, that's gonna' be fun).

Long Time, No See

Wow, have I been lazy! Havasupai, toe surgery, my Y.W. MEDALLION, and not one post. i've been working on my art a bit lately, listening to music...
Today is my last day of summer break (sniff). I guess I'll be busy again, any way. I've got a pretty good schedule, an awesome bag, notebooks, etc. The faculty finally realized nobody used the lockers, so nobody got lockers this year. Funny.
My first class of the entire year is (drumroll) "Physical Skills" (deflate in disappointment). On the bright side I have "College Prepatory Literature" aka: how-to read-big-words. My geography teacher is fun (history teach last year). I'm not exactly looking forward to Spanish, but that what Dad is for, right? Just joking, Dad, don't ground me.
Anyway, I guess that's all for now. CUL8R

I noticed the link on my last post didn't work and when typed doesn't go to the intended page.
If you search for star wars the musical millenium falcon you should find what I'm talking about immediately. It isn't the official musical, but it's good.

Tag! I'm it!

I've been tagged. I now have to post the lyrics, video, and or link to a favorite song. I thought of so many to choose from...

www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpjeKwRqqLk

Some of you may recognize the tune. I know it's silly, but I love it!
I tag my mom, Wildbound, Karen, Jordan, and Desertbound.
Anyone may add themselves to the list (I'd like to find some new tunes to listen to).

The other day, walking home from school, I'm enjoying my brief triumph in gym (a 9:28 mile and victory in football). I notice something on the ground. I bend down.

It's a dragonfly. After about three seconds it FLEW RIGHT INTO MY HAND.
And it wouldn't leave.

It stayed there the whole walk home.

Description: about three inches long, black, two neon blue stripes on the tail (strangely scorpian like), neon green and/or blue stripes near the eyes, and its wings looked like nets.
Sorry, no pictures.

Ya' know that play? Well, on the school announcements they showed a clip. It was the part where I'm all like "ahhh, he's gonna' kill us, i was only searching for bodies, help, run, help"

It was interesting to watch. Today is the final performance. After that we'll start a 30 min. play about the first day of school. So far it's random, psychotic, wild, random, funny, and overall... enjoyable, but hard.

Mystery of the Suffocated Seventh Grader

Alright, here in Utah the art of theatre is taken much more seriously. Today and on Tuesday I'll be starring in a comedy thriller suspense thing...for a grade.

So I'm all like "whoa, he's dead. lets find the body" Then I find out the play will be filmed, Mom will be watching, and the set we built was mercilessly ripped by other classes and Rockband players.

I'm thinking by Tue I'll have the play down. I know my lines, but those lights erase minds (ya' know?). My character's kinda' hard. Who knew it was so hard to panic?

Just thought I'd say hi. My school blog (yeah, they made us make separate ones) takes up all my blogging thoughts.

Hi.

Believe It

Yep. I drew Kakashi Hatake. I've been trying to sucessfully draw a popular anime character. You know, build my art skills.
Anyway, with the move and all the changes I haven't been blogging much. My new school's great. Turns out, in keyboarding, we all have to have blogs. Lucky me. I'll be able to post more. Hopefully I get an A+.
Yep. I drew it. Him.

Many worlds yet one family
Each tiny flower's song we sing
We laugh with each little brook and stream
Helping each other on the path ignored
Joyfully running on the trail unseen

Our song will float and ring
With harmonies true and clear
Like dew on a mountain majesty
The melodies will touch your ear

No boundaries, no judgement
We express without fear
Silence is impossible
When this passion
Sets our hearts afire
Let us spread the fire's light
On this magical autumn night

Each stanza of the above poem was used to introduce a choir at my school's first fall concert. Profe (a.k.a. Brian Gonzales, choir instructor, Spanish teacher) asked me to write and recite it.

Awesome, huh.

Nice Shootin', Tex

Thought I'd experiment with pictures on blogs b4 I publish my art. I've always been interested with archery and finally got into a class. I wasn't too bad if I must say so myself. I'm sure you can find out more on my mother's blog somewhere. TTFN!

Heeyyyyyyyy!!

Hey there, hi there, ho there! Sorry it's been so long. With school, swine flu, and forgetting about blogs all together I...well I just keep getting ahead of myself. I'm trying to think of a name for my 8th grade choir. Willin' to help? Anyway, I'm working on my confidence this school year. So far, it's really paid off. Gotta' go, bye!

Artsy Fa-...Is there an E between S & Y?

As soon as possible I'll be publishing my art on Random Riting (FYI: I spelled writing wrong on purpose). My family has been wanting to see it. None of it's nearly as good as theirs though. Adios, muchachos!
